Mark Legenstein

Welcome to Certified Flooring in Lancaster, Pennsylvania! I’m the President and have been part of this great company for almost 28 years, back when Certified Flooring was a cleaning company, flooring company, and rugs and mats business. Before this role, I had the privilege of holding various positions in our family's flooring business, including cutting my teeth as a carpet cleaning tech when I graduated from Lancaster Catholic High in 1996. I later moved on to work in different areas of our flooring business, including hard surface installation, warehouse, flooring sales, and eventually became the Vice President of Operations. My favorite part of the job is working with our team of talented employees, many of whom have been with our company for many years. When I'm not busy running Certified Flooring, I love spending time with my wife, Stephanie, and our three incredible children, Hailey, Mason, and Jackson, and our English Bulldog Rufus George.

Adam Dechow

Hi, everyone! My name is Adam, and I bring nearly 15 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience to Certified Flooring. I am a Project Management Professional who enjoys bringing order to chaos. As the Director of Sales and Marketing, I enjoy working with the Certified Flooring team to create new ways to reach our amazing residential and commercial customers and provide them with the best customer service possible. I was born and raised in Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University but moved to Pennsylvania to start a family. When I’m not spending time at Certified Flooring, I enjoy spending time with my wife, kids, and dogs. I am happiest when I’m at the beach, playing in the sand and water in the Outer Banks with my family, coaching my kids’ soccer and baseball teams, or on the golf course.

Will Adams

Hello! My name is Will Adams and I have proudly been part of Certified Flooring for 18 years and counting. I started as an in-home cleaning and maintenance technician, worked as an outside mat salesperson, on-site flooring helper, and now enjoy working with our residential and commercial customers as a Flooring Sales Consultant to help customers to find the best flooring to fit their projects. I enjoy interacting with people and helping provide customers with advice and guidance for their flooring needs. I am a family man, and love spending time with my wife, two daughters, and dog, Dexter. You can find us frequenting one of the beautiful Delaware beaches during the summer. I’m also a HUGE Philadelphia sports fan, especially the Eagles. I try to catch their games in person at the Linc whenever I can – Go Birds!

Tim Eckert

Hi, my name is Tim Eckert, and I’ve been part of the Certified Flooring family in sales for 2 years now. Before working at Certified, I was a teacher who now enjoys taking those skills to help teach our valued commercial and residential customers about the benefits of various flooring types that will best suit their project, it’s one of my favorite parts about the job! As a Flooring Sales Consultant, it’s great to find the perfect flooring style that meets a customer’s needs and demands of their home or business and ensure the flooring selection will last for years to come. In addition to having a passion for flooring and design, I enjoy fishing, hiking, traveling, being active in our Lancaster community, and spending quality time with family and friends. I may know a thing or two about gardening and cooking too! Stop by our showroom and I’ll share some of my secrets while we find you the perfect floors.

Paul Flinchbaugh

My name is Paul Flinchbaugh and I have proudly been with Certified Flooring for more than 35 years! I have worked in carpet installation, our previous cleaning division, residential and commercial sales, and now spend my time in sales and estimating, focusing on pulling together the bid and perfect estimate for our commercial customers. I enjoy working with new and repeat customers to find the flooring products that are best suited for their needs. When I’m not dissecting drawings and pulling together estimates, or helping out with our sales team, I enjoy anything to do with cars and spending time with my family.

Tonia Foltz

Hi, I’m Tonia Foltz, and I’ve been part of Certified Flooring for almost 15 years! I was born and raised in Lancaster County and graduated from Lancaster Catholic and York College of PA with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management. I have been in the flooring industry since 1994, so you can say I know a thing or two about flooring! As Operations Coordinator, I wear many hats at Certified Flooring to ensure our operations and sales teams run smoothly in addition to everything in the showroom. My favorite part about our company is how we constantly place integrity and customer service at the front of everything we do when working with our customers. I enjoy working with our team, most of whom I’ve worked with for most of my time at Certified. When I’m not in the showroom offices, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 31 years, my two daughters, and my friends.

Katie Cornelius

Hello! I've been an Accountant with Certified since September 2023. My favorite part of working at Certified Flooring is that I get to work with such a pleasant and talented group of people. Outside of work I enjoy working on craft projects and reading books with my book club.

Brian Shaffner

Hi, my name is Brian, and I have been with Certified Flooring for 17 years! I am the Warehouse Supervisor but started as a carpet and tile cleaner. I enjoy making sure that our talented installers have everything they need to do a great job for the customer. When I’m not keeping order to everything in the warehouse, I enjoy being outdoors either camping, fishing, or exercising. 

Chuck Livingston

I have been an Installer for Certified Flooring since 2007 and take a great deal of pride in our company and our work. My favorite thing about the company is getting the chance to see the final results of my work. When I’m not installing flooring throughout Lancaster County, I enjoy riding motorcycles and fishing.

Ricky Cruz

I am a flooring installer and have been with Certified for 5 years. I started out learning the ropes in the warehouse and then became part of our legacy company’s cleaning department, and now spend my days installing flooring. My favorite part of my job is getting the opportunity to work closely with the team, especially with my installation partner, Chuck, who I’ve been fortunate enough to develop a lifelong friendship with. When I’m not hanging out with my buddy and installing flooring, I love listening to and producing music and making art.
